These include acupressure point instruction and individualized nutrition plans from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective. Assessment of current medication, supplementation, and herbal medicine effectiveness and overlap. We may take an in-depth look at sleep patterns and see how this may be affecting your overall health and well-being. Movement strategies will be discussed, and you will be provided with helpful links, educational resources, and other lifestyle suggestions. An individualized plan will be recommended and supported throughout our time working together.

You will be sent a pre-appointment form 1 week before your first visit that will give you time to assess your current situation and highlight your goals.
