Stacey’s Journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine
Stacey has spent the past 30 years working to support, empower, and inspire people to live their best life regardless of their current physical and emotional health. She has built a loyal and expansive base of clients who value her unique talents in helping them gain relief from pain, support their emotional health, and integrate healthy, natural choices into their daily life.
Stacey has been in private practice as a Licensed Acupuncturist since 2008 in Portland, OR, and Minneapolis, MN. Stacey incorporates several healing modalities depending on a client’s condition, including acupuncture, supplementation and herbal medicine, therapeutic movement, nutritional and lifestyle advice, and educational resources. Stacey is nationally certified to practice by the NCCAOM and licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota by the Minnesota Medical Board
Stacey, also, brings her experience working as the first licensed acupuncturist to join the University of Minnesota Physicians group working to develop and implement the Employee Stress Reduction and Wellness program for UMP frontline workers and staff during the COVID -19 pandemic. After spending 15 years working as a nationally Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist focusing on optimizing health, wellness and providing rehabilitation opportunities for people with terminal illnesses, traumatic injuries, and disabilities her understanding of the human experience is vast and her extensive work in these fields fueled her determination to integrate her past experiences with the healing modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Stacey continues to deepen her knowledge and specializes in the treatment of women's health and hormones after completing her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in both Eastern and Western medicine and the menopause transition, orthopedic acupuncture, pain management, and healthy aging support.

Stacey complements her acupuncture practice with leading both local and international retreats that focus on self-care, yoga, adventure, and travel. She is a registered yoga teacher committed to educating and providing her community with health and wellness solutions to improve their quality of life, give hope to those living with chronic health conditions, and inspire all to live the best life possible.
